Sign up if you are interested in joining the class, focussed on the novice, to learn basics about bike fit and types of bikes, and how to jump start commuting and using your bike for errands if not exercise and training! It's a two part class - the 2nd class we'll ride over to a bike shop and discuss the different new technologies and point out must-haves and nice-to-have, or luxury items vs need to have accessories to make your riding and lifestyle be safe and easy!
